If you are a WAPA member, please use this form to order WAPA Equipment Tags:

Please note: you need a tag for each device or enclosure containing radio equipment on a highsite.

• The tags have an adhesive back for sticking onto devices, and cost between R4 and R10 each depending on the amount you order,
  which excludes VAT and postage. Postage price will be quoted on per order.
• The tag details submitted below will be printed onto your tags and you will be invoiced accordingly.
• The order tracking details will not be printed on the sticker – we require this information in order to follow up your order.
