Snowvalley Communications is a broadband and telecommunications network company. Snowvalley Communications has been delivering Ethernet via wireless and microwave since 2009 and two-way radio communications since 2007. We specialise in remote connectivity and our network extends from Gariep in the West to Kokstad / Underberg in the East.
Our success is providing services to the previously neglected rural areas. Because of the remoteness of our area we identified a huge need for Broadband telecommunications and voice services. The current institutions could not provide any of these services as their equipment has become outdated and copper theft is a major issue. True Technologies cc is a National Communications and Network service provider as registered by ICASA (IECS & IECNS). We offer ICT (Information and Communication Technology) products as well as services. The business originated in Jeffreys Bay in 2000, where it still operates today.
As well as being an ICASA Certified Wireless Internet Service Provider, VSI support services are generally offered on a time and materials basis. VSI service solutions include Wireless Internet Services, Business Solutions, Networking Solutions, Technical Support, Sales, Web and Domain Hosting, Development and Backup Support. To enable us to cater for each client’s specific support needs, we offer different service options with the purchase of our service, whereby the client can choose the level of support and service required.
